So you count a new role as a pay rise, and count April 2024 and 2025 pay rises as one year. I'm also in NHS. 3.6% promised in April but we won't get it till end of August, so effectively no pay rise since April 2024 -before labour. Plus inflation is 3.6 percent, so no net increase at all.

Not saying I agree with it, but I am guessing it's because washing top half is generally easier because less reaching/standing/balancing, so if you can't do that then you are likely to be *more* disabled so it has more points.
