BIG ditto! So uncomfortably weird. But I also felt so much better by the whole 1,000 people joining together to say f**k off to that guy and regaining the joy.

It was definitely him. We were three rows in front of him. Definitely a disturbed man. Hope he’s bounced from Audi for the season.

Anti-chant guy started in immediately with curses and slurs. He was solo. Wearing all spirit gear (and pride spirit gear at that) but only cheering for Vancouver. Very strange dude.

Sigh. It’s exhausting to be a woman and share a lived experience and then just have some (usually) man come in, contradict her, hijack the convo to make it all about him, and make women do emotional work for that (usually) man.

I look at social media and digital photography: I had neither until after college. My college memories are all “Gen X” style. My misadventures as a 19 year old aren’t online unless someone purposefully scanned it in recently. I think Millennial should start later.
Laura Brianna (@laurabrianna.bsky.social) reply parent
Agreed. I’m technically “Millennial” but absolutely do not identify as that group. I didn’t have social media until *after* college. Zero of my college photos were digital. I feel like that’s a very important line.
