I should try reading them at some point because the only experience I have is the show ages ago, the super old movie which I love, and an old ps2 game. But I remember the characters being cool as hell and Buffy was a badass. Spike and Angel were cool as fk too

Shit back in the day I remember trying to find other anime to watch outside of those two we would either catch it on the Spanish channels or international channels, or you got fan made VHS tapes which looked shitty because they were copied so much haha or you got burned copies of episodes

Played more Wild Arms 5 today. Love the wild arms series of games
Vikings Valhalla is a sequel of the original Vikings Show. It takes place a century after the original but one of the main characters is Leif Erikson. The way they portray Leif is honestly freakin awesome and the whole show is badass honestly. I think both shows are on Netflix

It’s literally not impossible. You set standards and stick to them that’s how you get a fair critique. To say these developers and designers weren’t trying to reach the high of DMCs is dumb. When you create you don’t strive for mid you try to make the best. As a journalist I’d think you would know
It’s not unfair it’s actually the opposite. You judge games by a set of standards without tipping the scale one way or another in order to be fair and objective. It’s an action combat focused game so you have to compare it to the very highs otherwise you aren’t providing anything critical to help

Yeah im going to have to disagree with you Andres also. Janky is putting things in a nicer term. The game doesn’t feel weighty. Although the combat is cool with some cool combos which is nice even other games of this genre don’t feel as light. You want weight and impact like dmc and NG games

Wild arms was an excellent series I really didn’t like 4 either but the rest of them had great characters and stories. 3 was my favorite but 5 was awesome in its own respect.
