Taking someone into custody for immigration violations does not, and I’m gonna say that again, does not rise to the value of not showing proper id. The crime does not rise to the necessity of the kind of force being used. Many states have laws that prohibit unlawful detentions, yes even by the feds.
I don’t know where you live or the laws of your state. But I do know this, if someone presents themselves as law enforcement you have the absolute right to see a photo id from the agency that employs them. The only reason for taking someone into custody without proper id is for safety. ->
