The missus, Bill and myself visited Somerset Lavender today. Been a few times over the years. Great place to spend an hour or so. Walk the fields, then visit the cafe and shop. The site seems to be improving every visit. #lavender

So today was a hard day, The not knowing for four hours if I was staying or being made redundant was tough going. Thankfully I’m staying in work, The feeling of relief was overwhelming to the point of being really drained. I’m so thankful that I can get up for work as normal tomorrow.
So tomorrow I face the fact that I could be but on an at risk list for redundancy, This really isn’t good for the anxiety, to the point of almost being sick. Not looking forward to going in tbh. But I also want to know asap. #redundant #redundancies

You’re not kidding. The buzz I get after a run. Such a great feeling. Certainly helps me with anxiety.
I’m init to get fit again and lose a bit of weight along the way. Plus I get to enjoy the countryside early in the morning when there’s no one else around, just me and the birds.
So I managed an early morning run. 5k no walks but a couple of breather stops. Very very happy with that. First run in 18 months due to injuries and mental issues. Head space now buzzing no anxiety for a while. I’ll admit it was tough going, bloody hurt at times. #running #5k #anxiety #headspace
