Read the entire series a lifetime ago when my love for books was still young. That love has never changed or lessened.
Yesterday I finished reading Firelight, the last story in the books of Earthsea. So many emotions, I think the whole series is one of the best things I ever read.

As a health care provider, I’m not surprised. Many healthcare providers are going to have a hard time working through another pandemic though. The last one was so incredibly difficult, and hospitals have been cutting staffing even more since then, making it even harder to do our job safely.

The coolest thing I’ve seen today is that a bunch of volunteer public health professionals and developers have restored the CDC website from before January 20th 2025. This differs from an archive in that they want to rebuild the links between pages and replicate the full website.
