I love when someone shares information with me that could be considered a flex and instead of waiting for a validating response they share their unfiltered excitement and/or fear around it. Itās so refreshing. Everybody too cool these days.
At an event and there is a gospel choir set to perform and then gospel house music will play āsilent disco styleā in our headsets. An individual experience which is interesting. Crowd is very white Austin SXSW and itās kinda weird but Iāmma have a good time and dance & praise God. Weāll see..
If youre teaching a dance class called Foundations of ______, I need you to start with the origin of that movement. Who created it? Where did it come from? What styles influence it?

If you call yourself a leader in the wellness space and you are not addressing whatās currently happening in this country you are not a leader youāre a cog in the wheel of the wellness industrial complex and the two are not the same.
I benefit greatly by choosing to keep company with people that are spiritually and emotionally well resourced. We donāt always agree, itās not always sunshine & rainbows but there is baseline where intimacy can thrive.

Questions worth asking: Am I truly giving myself over to this experience or am I trying to make an impression? Am I being guided by the present moment or a formula that's worked in the past? Am I willing to be seen in a vulnerable state or is it more important that I maintain my image?
