(2/2) While the harm to those affected at the federal level is tragic, it does not fully convey the broader, downstream consequences that are impacting an exponential number of lives at many levels. This harm will be felt for many years.
(1/2) Our country could benefit from a more efficient government and a balanced budget. However, the random and capricious nature by which changes and cuts are being made is doing nothing but causing chaos and harm.
Whatever you’re doing today, please stop and take a moment to remember what today is for. All gave some; some gave all.
But if we’re paying them to hold individuals, why can’t we just stop payment on the “check” until they send him back - sovereignty or not?

So far they’ve managed not to eliminate spring! Found a nice surprise this morning - 4 robin’s eggs in the nest!
Generally, Congress has been MIA, courts are iffy, 6 more law firms caved. Is there no group or group of people with power to effect change who have the principles/moral courage to stand up to him?? Each day I don’t think it could get worse and it does. It’s depressing.

Every morning it breaks my heart to have to wake this 15 year old up to go outside in 20 degree temps to pee. Look how peaceful he is sleeping!
