My unpopular opinion is that you don’t have to engage in every spontaneous boycott you’d like to. Maybe you don’t have the bandwidth to make the change or develop a new habit. Do what you can. Maybe a little bit more than you think you can! Discomfort can energize. But moral purity is exhausting.

I switched to the PWHL during the inaugural season, and have been following the SD Wave (I am from there, afterall) for years, so when the BLFC came to town, and I didn't have to drive an hour+ each way to get to their stadium? It wasn't too tough a choice for me/us.
It's too late for me, period. Between the Jonathan Kraft debacle, the interfering with White Stadium, the low balling for the Everett Project, or the blase attitude around bringing players that vocally deny LGBTQIA rights, my family decided the BLFC is where we'll spend our STH budget.
