Every Friday afternoon at The Citadel the Corps parades. Unless it's Parents' Day, or Alumni Day, the 'crowd' would be some bored kids and anxious girlfriends waiting for it to be over (along with the cadets) so that the weekend could begin. In my 4 years there, I think we were only rained out twice
