for phones currently it's really close to impossible to remove all the G stuff from android-based OSes, there are a few companies doing completely de-G phones but they are either expensive or not compatible in every countries. Maybe certain dumbphones? But I'm not very knowledgable in this area

saaaame, I wish more companies would make them... My jelly max is 2cm thick and is 13x6cm, let me tell you it fits sooo fell in your hand and I almost have no more hand pain! I wouldn't recommend it to everyone tho because it's just a small company but aside from that it's fine
no worries! I wanted to have a smaller phone that fits well in my hand, sadly no one wants to make thick phones anymore aside from this company called unihertz. I still have a pixel phone at home so I could intall the graphene os on it! But I much prefer the feel of the jelly max, its night and day
I would love to try it one day, at first i wanted to revive an old samsung s8 of mine to use with a lineage OS, sadly more recent NA samsung phones cannot be OEM unlocked ๐ญ My current phone is a jelly max, it's not listed and I haven't looked into it yet, but it might prove to be a little difficult

with the current internet climate the urge to stray from big US corps is getting louder, so I'd say if you want to look into it it's a great idea to do it now! I know it can add a yearly cost to your finances and not everyone is able to do that. Ksuite does offer a free service with less storage
I'm quite new in all that so I have no idea how it messes with it! I tried to revive an old surface go at home and ubuntu+gnome was the best option I tried so far since I plan to use it with a stylus to draw as well. I can understand that for the amazon connection

It had a fee ofc but it feels much more private. They have an android and IOS app as well! A friend of mine is looking into the Ksuite apps as well by infomaniak. Seems like it could be a real substitute of the whole Gsuite and easier to use if you're someone who uses all the google products!
I didn't know what was google keep, to take notes I use fossify apps on android! They have a whole lot of apps available on F-droid store If you absolutely need them to be online, I'm currently testing Fastmail, a mail service with email, calendar, contacts, notes and a small drive!
I haven't found something for gdoc yet but as I don't use it for my personal stuff I haven't looked into it YET. I will find alternatives when I will tackle this for our business stuff with Alblune.
