Um, most Californians want a solution. Places like Anaheim have built apartments for the unhoused. The problem as a social worker told me once, 1/3 of the unhoused are drug addicts who donāt want help, 1/3 are mentally unwell & want no help. Finally 1/3 of people/ families who will take the help.
