I think it was the BBB which reduced the dates for Medicare Open Enrollment for 2026 for most - at any rate that period shrank.
If you are on Medicare, this video is important. If you're on a Medicare Advantage plan withdrawing from coverage your area in 2026, watch this at least 2x to get dates u have to switch to another plan-this *may* give you the option to switch to Original Medicare supplement plans w/o underwriting.

This is a radical shift - it's an indicator that Medicare Advantage companies have been financially impacted by their prior authorization practices being exposed as hurting and potentially killing their members in their delay/deny policies.
I'd suggest having a physician put a note in your med chart indicating that you r disabled and unable 2 perform the above. Ask them to provide a To Whom This May Concern letter saying how long u have been disabled and saying they anticipate you to remain disabled through one year from now & beyond:
