Canada seems to be getting caught in the crossfire of the USA tariffs. Bunch of companies have stopped shipping to USA and their systems have North America as one zone. I first heard of it because a number of LEGO hobbyists can't get specialty pieces from Europe anymore. Highly annoying. ☹️

What I don’t understand is why every gas station doesn’t throw up a solar panel, battery bank and a speed charger. You could charge $20-$30 per charge, the payback would probably be 6 months or less. Also risk mitigation for the future. Keep people used to stopping at “gas” stations.

I think there’s no huge problem with rich people spending their money on harmless luxuries like this. It’s not even that much money. It’s the “let’s buy public transit and ruin it” or “let’s buy all the insulin and only sell it to people we like” that we really need to put the hammer down on.
