we can but hope, but I suspect the government will severe all ties with the ECHR to avoid that happening.
the myth is the binary thinking - just look at the video The Poke posted. There are both sides within both sides. This guy is one of the good ones, but there are many who are not, regardless of class.

This is one of the main problems, politicians have restyled themselves since the 90s almost as entertainers, celebrities, rather than people with heavy responsibility to run the country fairly. They are more interested in getting their mug on screen and words in print than doing anything useful.

I am dyslexic and ADHD, diagnosed, and Ive done a shit load of proper research including spending many years talking to ADHD people. Not looking on google for AI answers. Look into why stimulants are used to treat adhd before coming out with bullshit on energy drinks. PS ADHD is genetic!

I sent in a long list of all my chronic illnesses - physical and mental, disabilities and neurodivergences, and how they would all cause issues if I were to do jury duty. I got a letter back very quickly that said thanks but no thanks, i think they read that list and thought hell no.

For many of them its their first experience of chronic illness, and a little understood one at that, and they speak as though no one else has ever experienced anything similar before. Its their previous unacknowledged privilege and that reality of everyone who is not disabled are not-yet disabled.
