I have to say: I've been very happy so far with Bambu Lab ( @bambulabglobal.bsky.social ) for their ongoing support of my A1 filament 3D printer. They've (so far) replaced the extruder board and now they're sending me a new extruder unit itself. I ♥ when manufacturers support their stuff!
