A gross 69, net 67 means he has maybe a 3 handicap, right? That would be an exception a l score for a player that averages 77
It might be gross and net, but these scores seem really low, even with handicap.

And, if that weren't the case, nobody would wat cheeseburgers or explore space because neither is really logical from an evidence based perspective. But humans do those things. For better or worse, its our condition.
The way I see it, even those of us who try to stick to data and statistics have major blind spots we dont admit. We are all human and subject to the same flawed evaluations of risk. So the sooner we realize we aren't as logical as we think, and give others grace for the same, the better.
Not to mention the time commitment required from parents to get the kiddos around. Blu collar parents who have to punch a clock many times can't do it, while the white collar ones working flexible schedules and arrangements can.

Related but different, I heard one time that Tools "Sober" would be a great alt country cover, and i have searched for a flaw in that opinion for 30 years without finding it.

We took shifts holding our oldest for the first 6 months. I would hold her until 2am, feed her, and hand her off to my wife until we all got up at 5. But it gets better, they go to sleep on their own when they get a little older.

Wednesday opening for Jason Isbell last summer was my last one.
It just sounds nasty.
It feels like a point of no return, but if we're being honest, we've blown by so many points if no return in the last 8 years that it's hard not to be a bit numb. Also, I'm not sure how one negotiates things to make government work with folks who want to burn down the government. Is it alarming.
