Got up and made my "famous to Mr Mebs" dry rub and got ribs ready. Made home made potato salad with Dukes and Wickles Pickles. Going to stew fresh squash from the garden. I think I'm ready for Labor Day.

The gorge never sells out for anyone. DMB plays every year and he doesn’t sell out. Neil Young cancelled his show for next Friday and moved to a smaller venue on the west side. The place is just huge
The Gorge isn’t difficult to get to for me though. It’s only a 1.5 hour drive. The east coast gets more shows anyways. We have to have some too
It's the closest venue for them to play for me as you know and I love the festival feel of it. Being contained in the middle of nowhere amongst fellow like minded people is euphoria for me. Let's just hope it happens again.
