Most likely scenario: much to the surprise of everyone in his administration, the President made up this strike in a live press conference. Rubio pulled the short straw and posted about it to back up the statement, while an AI team created a video as “evidence.”
Is there ANY third-party verification of this incident? What seems far more likely to me is that the president spewed nonsense in the press conference, Rubio drew the short straw and had to throw a post together to back it up, and get tech bois got busy with AI.
