last week of home games for my MiLB job for the season 😭😭 i’m actually gonna miss my summertime vagabond lifestyle where I spend more nights crashing at different people’s houses & apartments within the greater Hartford area than my own place because it’s too far out of the way for weeknight games

honestly this is so good for a September 1st move. It’s late in the season, Cal deserves to have a little work lifted off his shoulders and Ford is likely a better option than Garver. Plus he can play some other spots too.

Hike #12: August 30, 2025 (day late in posting!) Joey is definitely getting older. He was happy to be out there, but he was noticably less energetic than usual. And he crashed hard when we got back. It made me really, really, really sad. Hoping it was just an off day for my sweet boy.

I’ve been doing this too! Besides the M’s I know now have the Phillies (regular helmet and a green Phanatic helmet), Mets, Rangers, Nationals (city connects version), and Reds. I’ve been to other stadiums but didn’t get an ice cream helmet
The Mariners won. The Yard Goats also won the game I worked today in a game so chaotic that we almost had a pitcher bat (he was on deck when the third out was made). The baseball was a little more fun today than yesterday.

cmon mariners i had to work in hartford tonight and our pitching struck out a franchise high 19 batters but still lost the game so i have had more than enough really aggravating baseball for one day so please stop doing this
