I believe the crux of the argument was essentially that anyone livestreaming or filming ICE operations was doing violence because neighbors or community members would show up to do harm to officers (which, let’s be real…who has the guns here, and also yelling neighbors =/= violence in this scenario)

The map is obviously wrong, but the 4,800 sites is a weird thing to put on there, there are ~500 bases (installations). A site is a piece of land or facility. A base can have many sites. A site may be, for example, a fence near/on a base. All of this is in the BSR: www.acq.osd.mil/eie/imr/rpid...
