No, he was definitely the target. The reporting I heard was that it was a single shot. They kept showing an older gentleman being arrested but apparently he is NOT the suspect. No suspect in custody.

One of my adult children sent me a video from Twitter showing the shooting (they warned me first). I can't see how he survives based on what I saw. It was absolutely horrible. I'm not going to deny that I did not like the guy but he doesn't deserve this. His poor wife and child.

I highly doubt he survived based on the video that I saw. Very sad. He has a wife and a child. Violence is never the answer.
So, so horrible and sad. He's only 31 years old. I saw a video of him being shot. I cannot see how he survives. Guns are and will continue to be a huge problem in this country until we get some common sense gun laws.
