The only way I can explain the fawning behavior of the professional centrist commentariat is that they see Kirk not as a serious ideological foe, but as a co-worker in an industry. A colleague. A fellow actor on the stage of infotainment. All of these people are in the infotainment industry.

I remember maybe 15 years ago cracking myself up imagining the most ridiculous movie that someone, somewhere might think was a documentary. I think I landed on something like Big.
