Completely agreed. It’s possible to do multi-tenancy securely, as long as you’re aware of the edge cases which look safe but aren’t. Having processes, monitoring, and guardrails in place helps hugely with not opening up new attack vectors.
Management process. Every standardized process has exceptions, you will need to have a secure way to manage them or they will break you My software powers one of the largest multi tenant clusters I've ever seen with 10k+ tenants globally. It's hard, but doable and well worth it when done correctly.
