Quite a few shows and interviews are taped. Joy and Whoopi work 4 days a week. Not giving the guests who should have more time more than 1 or 2 blocks. I get having a few weeks of summer vacation but this 6 or so weeks is a bit much given the type of show it is and what is going on in the world. JMO
