Well it’s now called Music app(not the Apple streaming app). I still use it because I have 20 years or curated playlists that started with my first Mac/using iTunes. Prefer my higher quality downloads & rips in my collection plus I have tons of music not on Spotify. Also have Spotify family plan…

I guess it would depend on use cases & what you use the systems for. For myself, for my computing needs, life got far easier once I switched to Mac for managing my media & for doing amateur home recording. Not perfect but far better than the hair pulling experiences I had previously on Windows.
And I did say Mac is “relatively” easier to use compared to Windows and I still stand by that having suffered with windows until I switched 20 years ago. no desktop operating system is perfect or annoyance free but one is definitely better than the other.
That’s what I did and that’s why I say it’s convoluted. I’ll take macOS as a much easier system overall. You just hit the option key on the keyboard & the letter you want by holding it down and it pops up every accent available for that letter
As a Mac user you don’t appreciate how great & relatively easy to use macOS is until you’re stuck using a Windows PC and trying to type a letter with an accent. Why is it so f-ing convoluted with Windows? 😤
