Well, unfortunately so are most of the clothes we wear these days, and most of everything we use. Unless youβre stinkin rich you canβt avoid plastic fully. Iβm working with what Iβve got, I donβt have thousands of dollars to spend on only non-plastic materials.
Oh yeah I knew about that. Since itβs illegal to make them here. I was looking more at like, stuff for woven blankets, metal signs, bandanas, tapestries, and patches. But it seems like most are still just middle-men.

Some of my most popular items like /all/ of my patches and keychains, metal signs, tapestries and bandanas, all come from overseas. Iβm gonna have to find a new source for almost everything. I feel like we should put together a large pdf of all U.S based suppliers that do these kinds of things?
Considering how bad tariffs are about to be, I wonβt be able to get merch from 70% of my suppliers. Now isnβt the time to keep βsecretβ where we get our merch from. We are /all/ going to be affected by this, badly. (Always thought that was silly anyways) Is there any lists for US based Manus?

Very much so. Iβve been getting so much more involved in community lately, helping the queer people in my life and being with them as much as I can, helping eachother, cooking food, trading art and clothing, etc. Iβm not posting bc I feel what Iβm doing in my real life is far more impactful.
Yeah the βfurry poster childβ comment confused me so much. Iβm 27 and got into furry way after there was a ton of furry artists in this community that have been established much longer. It 100% makes me feel like Iβm being seen as just a profile with a follower count, incredibly de-humanizing.
