I was vaccinated in the 80s, and the number of doses received isn't clear in the Wisconsin Immunization Registry. I got boosted last fall, just in case. Insurance covered it, no titers required. My PCP had it in their clinic or Costco would have admin with a script. That's me 2 cents. Good luck!
