As late as 2008, Tarleton State was barely beating SW Oklahoma State. In 2016, they were still in D2 and going 5-6. Now they're going to overtime with an Army team that finished 21st in the AP poll last year. Just about the most ambitious program in CFB, and it's kinda paying off.
