Took Via Toronto to Ottawa. I had a lot of luggage (living out of suitcases right now). Ended up booking Business to avoid the hassle and additional costs. Carry on only is joke. There should be no limit to baggage.

That’s my read on it as well. I think they excelled on TV, where show runners reign, and inside Marvel, where Feige and others do the same. They might have a solid eye for actors and are able to execute, but they need a firm hand guiding them.
