When Paizo unionized, I got a raise amounting to thousands of dollars. I also get a higher cost of living salary increase every year in addition to my seniority salary increase. I have incredible job security. I have advocates if I have grievances. Unionizing is hard and scary but so worth it.

I don't count calories. That way lies danger. I just try to eat lots of veggies/fruit and eat very small amounts of sugar and saturates. I genuinely believe calorie counting leads to disordered eating for too many people to consider it a serious method of weight loss/maintenance
