I think he’s receiving IV diurectics to treat CHF & has been for years. I have photos going back to ‘22. They’re now using both hands. If this is what’s going on he won’t be seen much because he’ll need to be treated more & more often. Last week I think he was seen 2x, behind a desk or table only.
