Maybe it's just a possibility that we're capable of eating significantly less meat when so many don't even know or care where their meat comes from, and even self-professed experts like this numpty are fooled by a meat substitute? Barriers to adoption for many are probably entirely in their heads.

Cack-handed gardening done for the day. Some awful comfrey tea decanted into containers, weedy greenhouse watered and fed, I should basically start farming petty spurge. Got excited about a seedling I didn't think was going to take before realising it was a nettle. Gardening reduces stress they say.
