Another win for democracy: A court rejected the Trump Administration’s attempt to dismiss our lawsuit against an illegal Executive Order that would stymie access to voting. The injunction we obtained in this case will continue to protect the right to vote.

After we sued the Trump Admin AGAIN, we have secured the release of $184M in federal funds to AmeriCorps programs across the country. Because we fought back, AmeriCorps volunteers will continue to serve communities in our state. We will never stop fighting for NJ residents.

This defendant planned to kill public servants for doing their jobs and putting him behind bars for previous crimes. State Police and prison officials found out about his plan and interceded before anyone was harmed. He now faces a lengthy prison sentence for his violent scheme.
