Today we were in court challenging Trump’s illegal policy of authorizing ICE agents to arrest people in courthouses. Weaponizing mandatory immigration proceedings isn't just cruel - it's unlawful. With @aclu.org and @maketheroadny.bsky.social, we won't stop fighting.

Our communities deserve to be safe and free from military intimidation. Today, a federal court rightly rejected the Trump administration's deployment of troops in Los Angeles.

We're in court today to challenge Trump’s illegal policy of authorizing ICE agents to arrest people in courthouses. Mandatory immigration proceedings should not be manipulated to be yet another weapon of the Trump administration’s mass deportation agenda - it's cruel, unfair, and unlawful.
