If you don’t like the way people respond to your posts on Bluesky, you can turn off quotes and replies from people you don’t follow. I do it all the time. People who complain about Bluesky never do this, because the notion of not getting lots of attention is anathema

A while back I was on CentOS, no UI, because it was on my applications servers, then Ubuntu in WSL2 to have an easy NodeJS stack for another project. Still no window server though 😅 Now at work I'm only doing C++ and C# on Windows.

Je parle pour moi: Quand je vois la quantité de relectures de code et d'ajustements et de corrections qu'on doit faire quand on confie à un LLM le soin de programmer un logiciel, je reste persuadé que c'est une mauvaise idée. Sans compter les erreurs qu'il ne voit pas avant qu'il soit trop tard.

You may get used to job applications rejection 😅 You may also try and apply to jobs you don't want to take the edge off. I did this a few years ago. This got me used to rearranging my resume per application and I got a few interviews, that I did seriously but with no added pressure.
