That's very heavy handed, and when I was a young reporter I had to get an FCC license to be the air. There was no test, but you still had to have one. I once went on strike when my GM wanted me to cover an advertisers store opening. The owner told my GM to get me back with a raise. This is nuts.
I have a degree in journalism. I won many AP awards in the course of my career. The guiding post of my profession was you were the 4th estate. The Guard Dog over the other three. That was the bedrock of the First Amendment. The only time it wasn't perfect was when $$ was involved. We're there now.
Still protected by the First Amendment. I can call it out and disagree with it all I want. That is the point. To silence, cancel or jail people that disagree is wildly unconstitutional.
