Many Fox viewers have family members who have desperately tried to lead them to the light. Why would they be turned by a D politician when they won't listen to their own adult children, who they are supposed to love and trust?
roger ailes installed a leg cam so viewers clicking through channels would see the long legs of the attractive women he hired as anchors. you'd stop channel surfing, ogle their legs, and then hear propaganda about what the libs are up to now. its a perfect machine.

fox news makes the news exciting. they have lots of swooshes and bangs and they present the news with attractive, sexy presenters. they tell the viewers that everything that sucks in their lives are the faults of THESE PEOPLE and if they just keep watching and voting for THE GOOD PEOPLE it gets good

a fox news viewer is identical to someone who has strongly held religious beliefs or even a strident atheist. do you get how hard it is to get someone to not just abandon their faith but to flip to yours? its naive and unrealistic and dumb.

hell, politics is significantly different now than when i was a kid in the 90s or even in the early 2000s when i started writing about this stuff. i think its really bad that the liberal movement is the one so tied to doing it "the same way we always have." its not working.
