Ok. Regular delays and over funded employees. The fat days of pre-COVID are gone. BART received $2 billion during COVID when ridership was low. Where did that go? Would have been the perfect time to invest in the system.
Itās significant to the loyal commuters who depend on BART daily. Regular outages and delays add up.
I did read the article. BART has a significant level of service disruptions on a regular basis. It doesnāt appear the employees are underfunded.
