the clinicans/ counselors here are expected to have a 90% productivity, so they have basically no time for notes lol they see about 12-14 clients a day btwn 30/45 min psycho therapy sessions, and also group some days of the week
im the intake specialist and do admin work so i only have a 50% productivity meaning i do 4 1/2- 5 hours of intakes a day, then do administrative work for the clinic the other part of the day - makes it hard to balance when i have 30 or so intakes open at a time😭
