Germany will not send troops to Ukraine, all German troops will be divided between Germany and Lithuania to help defend the Baltic front. Estonia ready to evacuate all citizens in the country and possibly Latvia when Russia invades. At least 16,000 Estonian troops expected to stay behind and fight.
