The Supreme Court is a completely illegitimate institution. It is not bound by the constitution, our rights or the will of the people. We should not treat it as a legitimate branch of government.

The Nuremberg trials were ex post facto justice (ie laws and standards put in place after the crimes/events). This was well justified due to the crimes and human rights violations of the Nazis and due to the fact that their criminal system was so corrupt, it couldn't provide justice.
