I think America proved democracy fails with an misinformed populace. Disinformation needs to be resolved at the source. It is clear that the intent to mislead at the macro scale is an intent to harm our whole species. Denying climate change might very well still be the cause of our extinction.

Actually, I think we should try a different form than the US one. Enshrining weapons, freedom of speech even for hate speech, the filibuster, and disproportionate senate representation have all undermined its ability to function (and that's not even bringing up the 3/5ths rule).

We should try it again, and harder next time
