I worked with a lawyer guy who would unbutton his shirt like three buttons deep in the summer, no undershirt, just letting his chest hair be exposed. I, another dude, was disgusted, so I can only imagine how the women in the office felt (and the building was usually like 73F temp-wise, so not hot).
