My cousin is trans. I am in full support of trans issues. But I will not not vote for a Dem that doesn’t support every issue I agree with. I supported gay marriage when Obama didn’t. Still voted for him.

Dude, not to make this into a suffering Olympics, but the policies Newsom supports regarding trans people are going to kill us. Those same policies under Trump and state GOP regimes are already killing us. They are also displacing us as we try to escape. Lack of marriage equality doesn't do that.
