If it is overcast/raining/snowy/foggy whatever a vehicle is required to have headlights on. (For example: Grey autos on a grey day are almost impossible to see. The punishment for infraction is not punches in the head, destroyed personal property and violent removal from the automobile. 😭🤢
Modern cars have DRL for just that reason.
We can all see that it's clearly a bright, sunny day. There was no infraction - they pulled him over because he's Black, and beat him because he wasn't servile.
Also note when the cruisers pull up in front of his car to block him (from body cam footage) THEIR lights aren't on- not even on approach.

No. It's overcast and it has been raining. He probably should have had his lights on, maybe he wasn't wearing his seatbelt, maybe he was even under the influence. That said, what a waste of resources when this could have been settled with a quiet talk. It's insane to watch.

Yeah not really police almost never pull people over for this because of the visibility clause if you can’t see past 1000ft or if it’s raining and your wipers are on. This was the police deciding they needed a stop on the north side of Jax and yeah it’s extremely racist.
