He got paid more than handsomely while he was here. That kind of paycheque comes with expectations beyond the regular season numbers. He didn’t meet playoff expectations plain and simple. Maybe that’ll change in Vegas where the fans might be nicer, but management certainly isn’t.

Yeah, and he also got doxxed by his team's so-called fans, as revealed in that interview, because they dared to do what they always do, before & after him: lose in the playoffs. Is that not a hysterical overreaction, in your view?

So? It's always just a handful of idiots; and the rest of the fanbase has to either rethink how seriously they take the thing, or try to play defence by downplaying what a big deal it was, imply he deserved it somehow or that he's soft in how he handled it, etc.
