Congress could fix this. A Democratic Congress, I mean. But the Democrats don't even seem to realize that this decision is based on the STATUTORY power of district courts. This is fixable, pass a LAW. And Democrats don't even know.

Which Republicans will join with them to create a majority? Will Donald Trump sign the law?
Democrat Congress AND a Democrat president.
I don't see how you can read Article III any differently than the 1789 Act under the opinion. A3 says "all Cases, in Law and Equity". They'd have to interpret "Equity" differently than they just did. Unless it's some kind of non-equitable remedy and I'm not sure the Court would allow that either.
Amen
Just like QI and many other practices, and even precedents, of the SC. Whether the SC would abide by those laws though, or even constitutional amendment, is an interesting question..
It's kinda amazing to me how often a court issues a statutory interpretation decision, and the legislature then throws up its hands and says, nothing we can do here! Just another example of elected officials passing the buck
