that's just crazy enough to work!

See what we do is take mac n cheese shells with white cheddar cheese and stuff that in dough. Wrap the dough around pulled pork and beef and add in parmesan and asiago and a bit of gouda. Then tomato and melt the wrap ends together with a panini press. Right?

i'm saving this to try in the future. what if we soften the shells though and then use a thick cheese to bind them together, maybe add an egg or 2 as a bonding agent, bake a little to soften then add everything else you mentioned and fold like an omlette? a Mac and Cheese Omlette roll?
