The war on ISIS terrorists started under Obama, when he became President in 2017 the war was on its end and of course he took all the credit.

I was being sarcastic because ISIS still exists but it has diminished. It was ISIS in Afganistan that took credit for the Suicide Bomb that killed 13 Marines during the pull out 2021.
